Whether it’s serving a pint to enjoy in-house or filling a growler to-go, we’re all about sharing the love of great beer & cocktails with our customers. The Role: Bartender & Beer Talent We’re on the hunt for an experienced bartender who knows their way around a shaker and a tap handle and can bring their expertise to the table. This is your chance to combine your love for craft beer & cocktails with your exceptional customer service skills! What You’ll Be Doing: As a Bartender & Beer Talent, your responsibilities will include: - Pouring Perfection : Serving up delicious cocktails and pouring perfect pints with precision and care. - ? Beer Ambassador : Sharing your knowledge of craft beer to help customers find their perfect pour. - ? Customer Experience : Creating a welcoming and friendly environment for every guest. - Keeping It Clean : Maintaining a tidy and organized bar area. - Inventory Assistance : Helping manage stock and ensuring taps are always flowing with the best brews. What We’re Looking For: To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - 3 years of bartending experience (craft beer knowledge is a big plus!). - A passion for craft beer and the ability to share that enthusiasm with others. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping a smile on your face. - A team-oriented attitude and a commitment to creating a great atmosphere for both customers and coworkers.
