Job Description:
Legacy Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented EP
X-Ray Technologist to join our dynamic team. Located across Oregon
and Washington, Legacy Health is a non-profit health system
comprising six hospitals and a comprehensive network of primary
care, specialty, and urgent care facilities. This role focuses on
providing high-quality radiological services in our
electrophysiology (EP) labs, supporting the diagnosis and treatment
of cardiac ailments. The ideal candidate will operate sophisticated
imaging equipment, contribute to patient assessment and care, and
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient
outcomes. Operate and maintain advanced x-ray imaging systems
within the electrophysiology laboratory. Assist in the planning and
execution of complex EP procedures such as cardiac ablations and
device implantations. Monitor patient safety and comfort, and
provide immediate assistance during procedures. Prepare and
position patients for imaging and ensure accurate data is produced.
Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare
professionals to optimize care plans and outcomes. Implement
radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff according
to regulatory requirements. Maintain records of diagnostic
procedures and supply inventory. Proficient in the use of
fluoroscopic and x-ray equipment. Strong understanding of cardiac
anatomy, electrophysiology, and radiation safety. Excellent patient
care and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a
fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinical environment. Medical

Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license required.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered
Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) certification preferred. Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification required.
