Access Services (CAS) is dedicated to empowering individuals with
intellectual and developmental disabilities to live full,
independent, and meaningful lives. As a Direct Support Professional
(DSP), you’ll be part of a collaborative team that supports people
in achieving their goals, building confidence, and thriving in
their daily lives. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or
exploring this field for the first time, CAS offers paid training,
hands-on support, and real opportunities to grow your career. What
You’ll Do as a DSP: Build supportive, person-centered relationships
that foster independence and dignity. Assist with daily living
skills, including meal prep, budgeting, personal hygiene, and
household tasks. Support individuals in community outings,
recreation, appointments, and personal goals. Encourage
skill-building and social connection. Follow individualized support
plans (training provided). Administer medications and keep accurate
documentation. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For in a DSP: Experience as a DSP, caregiver, or
human services professional is great, but not required —we provide
all training! Must be at least 18 years old with a high school
diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and ability to become an
approved company driver. Ability to pass a national background
check. Compassionate communicator with patience and problem-solving
skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
