on‐call shifts 8am ‐ 8am 1 ‐ 2 patients
seen per 24‐hour shift Call ratio 1:3 with 20 minute
response time C‐section and complicated delivery
procedures required Surgical gynecology including laparoscopic
procedures Low and high risk pregnancy management OB ultrasounds
and VBAC management preferred 240 deliveries per year average
