Job Description:

MIControls (A Kele Company), a leading Seattle and Portland based provider of building controls solutions, is in search of an Account Executive who will be responsible for generating revenue from potential commercial and/or industrial customers and increasing wallet share of existing customers by networking, visiting, calling or other means. The Account Executive is required to grow and retain existing accounts by planning persuasive approaches and presenting new solutions and services in order to convince customers to increase their business volume with the company. They will work with mid and senior level management, inside branch sales and technical staff, and marketing. Required Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of related experience and thorough knowledge of BAS applications, products and market, to include the solutions/services the company provides, the companys competitors, customers, consultants, contractors, and end users Undergraduate/bachelors degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in customer service skills, proactive telephone and face-to-face selling skills and the ability to interpret customer responses in order to increase business development and attain maximum wallet share Advanced in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn and use company software Ability to travel up to 100% of the time A valid drivers license and clean driving record
