Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Carpenter Helper to join the team of a client who specializes in building custom, high quality sheds in Oregon! You will be traveling to client locations for the shed installs with a company vehicle-- APPLY to get started! Carpenter Helper/Installer Load and unload the lumber Move lumber to the shed site Assist with installing floors/walls/rafters Assist with installing any accessories needed Assist with finishing the roof / siding / decking, etc Step back and take pictures of what you have accomplished Carpenter Helper Qualifications: Take pride in what you build with your own hands Have a positive and professional attitude Project a strong customer service attitude Be a self starter who can work independently & with team members Have transportation, Drivers License & Clean driving record Be able to pass a Background & Drug test Willing to train as long as you are willing and able to learn! If you have experience we compensate accordingly! Be able to read a tape measure, read simple plans & follow directions. Work in a fast paced environment Must have physical ability to lift 100+ pounds, stand for long periods, stand at height on ladders scaffolding Personal tools needed: Carpenter nail bags, tool belt or equivalent is preferred Hammer Tape Measure Pencil DETAILS: Monday - Friday $20/hr - $24/hr to start -- depending on experience and with room for wage growth!
