The candidate needs to have an analytics skillset, effective communication & storytelling skills to a diverse audience, sense of curiosity & continuous improvement, forecasting abilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and data visualization abilities.This person will be responsible for providing relevant and accurate operational forecasts and insights, highlighting risks and opportunities across the End-to-End Fulfillment Network, aligning solutions across functions, and optimally communicating the insights and plans to a wide variety of cross-functional partners. We need this person to motivate change in the organization by making forecasting & analytics part of day-to-day business strategy to ensure better decisions to keep the End-to-End Fulfillment Network healthy.What you will work on

  • Produce and develop monthly and weekly operational End-to-End Fulfillment Network forecasts & reports (Receipts, Inventory, and Shipments by node; Transportation capacity utilization and requirements; Capacity and Service constraints across the End-to-End Network; Scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis and capabilities, etc)
  • Identify shipments & inventory trends and optimally communicate the net impacts to the DC network
  • Build user-friendly data visualizations for both strategic and tactical consumption of forecasts
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to drive improvements in the forecasting process
  • Build forecast accuracy reports and dashboards
  • Integrate data sources for new & innovative forecasting processes and scenario modeling capabilities
  • Build knowledge to be a resident specialist on the data infrastructure within NA Supply Chain; challenge the status quo and effectively translate marketplace needs into new capabilities in the forecasting process
  • Drive adoption of tools and dashboards by conducting user training sessions, communicating effectively with various partners, and influencing without authorityWho you will work withIn this role, you will directly report to the Integrated Fulfillment Planning Forecasting Manager and you will work with a multi-functional set of partners including Distribution Center Planning, Supply Chain Finance, Integrated Business Planning, Marketplace Operations, Inventory Planning and Integrated Fulfillment Planning teams.What you bring
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or other analytical field
    • 3 to 5 years relevant work experience
    • Experience working in Supply Chain, Analytics, Planning, or Forecasting preferred
    • Skilled in analytical tools and data analysis (Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SAP, Teradata, & Snowflake); Intermediate SQL and R skills preferred
    • Experience in strategic problem solving and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to tell stories using data analysis, and present to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
    • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment
    • Phenomenal listening skills and willingness to different points of view
