Job Location: The Dalles, OR Job Responsibilities: * Perform Machinist/Millwright maintenance tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Perform installations, maintenance and repairs while working side by side with other maintenance or production employees such as electricians or machine operators. * Fabricates mechanical production equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic piping and plumbing systems using tools common to the Machinist craft, hand, power tools and welding equipment as needed from blueprints, sketches, handbooks and general instructions Education and Experience Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED. * Minimum of 2- 4 years of Machinist/Millwright industrial manufacturing experience. Demonstrated Abilities: * Must have a passion around safety. Must drive a safety culture where safety is number one priority for all employees. * Perform Machinist Maintenance tasks as assigned by your supervisor (PM's). * Workdays, but subject to rotating shifts. * Be able to pass pre-employment basic skills test, pre-employment physical and drug screening. * Certified welding certificate required. * Must hold a Millwright card and be able to perform the work and operate the equipment, machines and tools common to the Millwright craft.
