• Greet customers in a timely and professional manner
• Discuss automotive services to satisfy the customer by learning about their needs
• Complete work orders and recommend products and automotive maintenance services to customers
• Build relationships with customers by communicating with them regarding the service of their vehicle
• Schedule appointments for customers, and inform customers when their repair is complete either in person, or by phone

    • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of related automotive experience, with 2+ years retail experience preferred
    • Proficiency using computers/POS system
    • Effective communication with customers and team members working toward building long-term relationships based on trust and integrity
    • Ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently while upholding excellent quality standards.
    • Superior customer service skills
