This position is part of the Housing Rapid Response (HRR) team.
Primary responsibilities include supporting clients as they move
into permanent housing through the identification of housing
resources and opportunities. This includes assessing program and
permanent housing participant needs, providing assistance in
obtaining permanent housing, and working in collaboration with CCC
staff and external partners. Additionally, this position is
responsible for providing retention support services to ensure
former program participants remain stable in permanent housing.
This position requires a high level of collaboration with a diverse
team to achieve positive outcomes for clients. The person will be
working with Clients that are or have been involved with the
Criminal Justice System.

HOURS: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
