THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB COMPENSATION: FULL TIME $18 to $20 Hourly SCHEDULING & HOURS: Full-Time (40hrs) is preferred, although we do offer a Part-Time schedule (24 hours or more). Your choice of Full-Time schedules because what works for your life matters to us: Schedule 1 FULL TIME M-F AM--- Mondays 10AM - 6:30PM plus Tuesday- Friday 9AM - 5:30PM Schedule 2 FULL TIME M-F PM--- Mondays 10AM - 6:30PM plus Tuesday- Friday 10:30AM - 7PM Schedule 3 FULL TIME T-Sat AM Tuesday- Friday 9AM - - 5:30PM plus Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM Schedule 4 FULL TIME T-Sat PM: Tuesday - Friday 10:30AM - 7PM plus Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM Schedule 5 FULL TIME T-Fri: Tuesday - Friday 9AM - 7PM - 40 HOURS with 3 DAY WEEKENDS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION HAS--- A positive attitude :D Good communication skills. Basic computer experience. Passion for helping those in need. Past customer service, sales, or general call center experience (preferred, but not required.) A desire for non-seasonal, permanent employment with a growing company. The ability to work well with our coaching staff to help you develop in the job. The ability to work a consistent schedule and to be a reliable team-member. Covid-19 Precautions: Social distancing choice of M-F shift or T-Sat shift plus options of 9-5:30 or 10:30-7. Small team so you are less exposed. Managers disinfect start, breaks, lunches, and end of shifts. Night cleaning crew in 3 times a week. Masks & hand washing in common areas and trainings. Site closed to public. Installed air filter that kills Covid-19 & other viruses. No recycled air. Tall walls all work stations. Any employee who has a fever, cough, or feels ill calls in to keep their team safe. We have been very careful and been very grateful our team members stayed healthy during this.
