The Job
Data Imaging Operator – FT/Swing
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated teammate to join our Office Solutions team! The Data Imaging Operator position supports, guides and assists in completing tasks and projects in the document storage and scanning department.

What you’ll do
  • Working hours will be Monday – Friday, 3:00PM – 11:30PM
  • Location will be Relay Resources Main Campus (Portland, OR)
  • Scanning/Preparing/Storage:
    • Prepare sensitive documents for scanning
    • Reconstruct files in an organized and precise manner
    • Scan documents using Kodak scanners into a secure file system
    • Review imaged documents, verifying the image quality meets the requirements outlined in that contract and correct image quality as required
    • Utilize understanding of image quality and identify issues throughout the process for correction
    • Maintain storage of documents for various customers
    • Perform all contracted tasks in a timely manner
    • Process potentially graphic and confidential documents
  • Communication:
    • Communicate efficiently with Supervisor and coworkers regarding job tasks
    • Maintain appropriate conversations surrounding contracted work and uphold the highest standard of confidentiality per the contract requirements and/or Relay policy
  • Problem Solving:
    • Support work environment in multiples tasks and handle work related issues that arise
    • Keeps Supervisor informed of all issues pertaining to customer jobs and workflow maintenance.

  • A can-do attitude and team spirit!
  • At least three years of experience with office terminology and practice.
  • Experience with document imaging and Image Trust scanning software is a plus
  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge and attention to detail is required
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people
  • Quality customer service with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to lift, up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and independent decision-making
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check and CJIS security clearance
