The Job
On Call Support Specialist
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated teammate to work as an on call employee at various contracted work sites to perform mail room, administrative and courier responsibilities when coverage is needed. 
The benefits
  • Wage: $15-18/hr depending on worksite
  • Full-time benefits, including: medical, dental, 403(b) retirement plan, life insurance, and mileage reimbursement. Relay pays 100% of an employee’s medical, dental, and vision premiums

What you’ll do
  • Working hours will vary based on business need
  • Work at Relay customer sites in and around downtown Portland and Vancouver
  • Prepare sensitive documents for scanning
  • Reconstruct files in an organized and precise manner
  • Scan documents using Kodak scanners into a secure file system
  • Produce a variety of standard documents such as emails, letters, forms, records, correspondence, reports, tables
  • Edit and format written or electronic draft, proofreading and editing documents for basic grammar, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and language usage applying specified guidelines
  • Answer phones, direct calls and greet visitors, as applicable

  • Ability to pass criminal history background check and/or fingerprinting as appropriate at any time during employment, including additional security clearances
NOTE:  To comply with this work site’s vaccination requirement, you must be fully vaccinated by the time of placement.  Fully vaccinated is considered 2 weeks after a second does in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
