Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a
Shipping / Parts Clerk role in Clackamas, OR. Our client is a

Key Responsibilities: · Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders
accurately and efficiently according to company standards. ·
Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damage, and
properly document all deliveries. · Organize and maintain inventory
of parts and materials, ensuring proper storage and labeling. ·
Pick and stage parts for production or customer orders based on
work orders and shipping schedules. · Operate material handling
equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed. · Maintain
accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits.
· Coordinate with production, purchasing, and customer service
teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. · Generate shipping
documents, labels, and tracking information using internal systems.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while
following all safety protocols. · Identify and report inventory
discrepancies, damaged goods, or process inefficiencies.
Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required. ·
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or parts
handling preferred. · Basic computer skills and experience with
inventory or ERP systems is a plus. · Ability to operate forklifts
or willingness to become certified. · Strong attention to detail
and organizational skills. · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work
on your feet for extended periods. · Good communication skills and
ability to work collaboratively with a team. · Dependable,
punctual, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced
