We are seeking family law associate with 1-3 years of experience and an interest in alternative dispute resolution. McKean Smith offers a competitive base salary as well as bonuses. You will work under the supervision of a principal or managing attorney and support an on-going case load. Overall performance as part of a team is paramount to your success in this role. You will be expected to work well with senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants while meeting billing requirements.
