Job Description:

Job Title: Business Analyst IV Location: Salem, OR/Hybrid Candidate must be within 30 miles Work can be done mostly remote but will have meetings at the office location. Duration: 6 Months RFP Development/Vendor Solution Evaluation: Support development of RFP and scoring criteria Define vendor evaluation criteria (technical, functional, cost). Compare vendor offerings for functionality, scalability, security, and compliance. Document findings and provide recommendations. Project Coordination: Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines Coordinate activities with PM to ensure alignment with milestones and goals Draft meeting minutes, agendas, and track action items Facilitate meetings as needed. Support SaaS Implementation: Support configuration of solutions to meet business needs. Participate in design and configuration sessions and document configurations. Develop use cases, workflows, and process diagrams. Support sprint sessions and releases Validate RTM against deployed sprints. Testing & Quality Assurance: Define and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues with stakeholders. Ensure data integrity during migration processes. Documentation & Training: Prepare and maintain project and training documentation. Additional Support: Provide support for other projects as required
