Impact Property Solutions, a leader in property management, is seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensuring robust and efficient technology operations that support our mission to deliver exceptional service to our tenants and maximize property performance. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic, service-focused environment. Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. Manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and UPSs. Oversee software and network security, data backups, and disaster recovery operations. Administer server environments including hardware, software, and applications. Support and administer third-party applications while ensuring continuous system availability. Evaluate and modify system's performance, identifying areas of improvement. Document network problems and resolutions for future reference. Regularly liaise with non-IT staff for the implementation of new technologies and systems. Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices. Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards. Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. Proficient in operating systems such as Windows Server/Linux Server. Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
