Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing comp support for assigned business groups to help attract, retain and reward the Company's talent in order to execute against business strategy. -Contribute to the design of new Comp programs, and modification of existing programs while ensuring policies/procedures are aligned with Corporate Compensation/HR objectives and are applied consistently across employee groups. -ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with assigned client groups/Human Resources Business Partners to understand the business and provide effective and collaborative compensation support. Develop and provide analytics to assigned groups to ensure that the company's finite resources are being deployed effectively in support of attraction, retention and rewarding of the talent necessary to accomplish the Company's business objectives.
  • Develop Comp proposals or review proposals submitted by HR Business Partners or Talent Acquisition for prospective employees, internal promotions, and adjustments. Resolve issues with HRBPs and line managers when needed.
  • Utilize sound judgment and strong analytical skills to support recommendations for market adjustments and/or promotional increases outside of recommended guidelines.
  • Conduct job evaluations as required for new and revised positions across assigned functional areas. Work with respective HRBPs on job positioning and grading. Perform internal comparisons to ensure internal equity and to determine grade assignment.
  • Review and approve salary actions for adherence to the organization's salary planning and salary administration guidelines.
  • Educate HRBPs on all compensation programs and Comp philosophy.
  • Participate in the communication and implementation of the various components of the salary and bonus programs.
  • Responsible for designing, preparing, reviewing, interpreting, and carefully analyzing the different data/reports needed to make recommendations on new or ongoing projects. -
  • Cooperatively interact with other Comp team members to resolve issues.
  • Leverage best practices and technology for continuous improvement in administration/process.
  • Actively participate in group meetings/discussions and contribute to the needs of the team. Assist with various Compensation and Total Rewards projects as needed.QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
    • Knowledge of HR principles/practices and with laws/regulations such as FLSA.
    • Must be committed to working in a team environment.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
    • Ability to effectively work across different functional areas.
    • Strong analytical and statistical capabilities.
    • Detail oriented, flexible and adaptable to change.
    • Sound judgment and decision making skills.
    • Able to handle superior level of confidentiality. -
