Technology and Operations Services group is looking for an
Operations Recruiter to add to their team. The role is focused on
Process, Project and Product Analyst roles. The positions range
from entry to senior manager level. The operations team supports a
wide variety of roles including; cash vault, loan documentation
review, wire transfer and other back office roles across the
enterprise. This team is a high-volume group, requisition loads are
between 20-30+ openings. This role requires sourcing skills
(Indeed, LinkedIn).About the team:Leverage market

experience for analytical or back office positionsYou source talent

timeYou are familiar with full cycle recruitingLocation: This
position can be located in Oshkosh, Milwaukee, Portland, OR or
Vancouver, WA. The position is hybrid, blending time in the office
with remote work based on business needs. Preference for Portland
area.Basic QualificationsBachelor s degree, or equivalent work
experienceThree or more years of recruiting experiencePreferred
Skills/ExperienceAdvanced knowledge of talent acquisition processes
including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of
applicantsSourcing experience strongly desired (Boolean, LinkedIn,
Indeed or similar)ATS/CRM experience (Workday, Phenom or similar
nice to have)Strong marketing and recruitment network
skillsWell-developed to review and understand data, trends and
metricsStrong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and
deadlines simultaneouslyIntermediate computer skills, especially
