WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Director, Retail Compnesation Programs is a key leader in helping ensure competitive and equitable rewards at Nike. You will lead the design, implementation, ongoing evaluation of retail base pay and pay equity programs, market analytics, and job architecture for our frontline teammates by considering values, employee insights and market trends. The ideal candidate enjoys leading a team of subject matter professionals, collaborating on design decisions and solutions with cross-functional partners, and drives work forward through outstanding project management. An execution focused individual that can look at the big picture from a user experience, technology, and process perspective while questioning common assumptions, rethinking existing processes/programs, and seeing every challenge as an opportunity for improvement! WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON As the owner of Nike's global retail pay structures and job architecture, you will provide leadership and guidance on global retail market data initiatives, survey management, and competitive analysis to suggest the design of various retail reward programs, guidelines, and budgets. Through observing the efficiency of existing programs, policies, guidelines and completing associated analysis, you'll identify summary trends, make recommendations for annual market adjustments, and find opportunities for continued evolution and improvement. In addition, you will be a strategic thought partner using leading practices to craft Nike's future retail job architecture, reward segmentation, and associated processes. With an understanding of the strategic direction and goals, this ideal candidate will influence, align, and prioritize work to deliver results while championing open communication and clarity with the highest level of integrity, trust, and collaboration within and across teams. You will stay current on compensation related legislation to maintain compliance with applicable local employment requirements. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH The Director, Retail Compensation Programs will report to the Sr. Director, Pay & Market Insights. This role will work closely with the Global Compensation team (across program design, delivery, advising, and operations), as well as with various partners including Finance, Legal, HR Operations, HR Technology, and External Consultants.

WHAT YOU BRING --- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training. --- 8-10 years of direct meaningful work experience in global compensation analysis, design, advising, and/or operations, and 5+ years leading a team of compensation professionals. --- Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an evolving, global, and matrixed work environment. --- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with leaders to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support strategic objectives, and meet all legal requirements. --- Experience in team leadership, partnership, influencing, and communication experience. --- Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills, including ability to prepare materials for audiences at all levels of the organization. --- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. --- Experience with key technologies: PayFactors, SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, Smartsheets.
