Job Description:
Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and monitoring all
activities, duties, and responsibilities of the Residential
Advisors on assigned shift. The shift hours are 11:30 PM - 8:30 AM,
Saturday - Wednesday. Duties/Responsibilities: - Provides monthly
and weekly activity reports to Center Management, including Social
Development Director, Center Director, and weekend Duty Officer. -
Ensures orderly and clean-living conditions are maintained in
dormitories, while promoting self-discipline and an awareness of
others by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring staff and student
behavior according to the Career Success Standards. - Assists
students in handling special problems and conducts dormitory
meetings, including collaboration with other departments when
necessary to ensure that student issues and concerns are addressed
and resolved in a timely fashion. - Conducts regular audits of
student Residential files and staff shift reports and provides
feedback to ensure compliance. - Facilitates prompt and appropriate
assistance to students in the event of injury, illness, emotional
trauma, arrest, trouble at home and other traumatic experiences. -
Performs other duties as assigned. Compensation details: 24.2-24.21
