Job Description:

• 2hrs of gratis for 24hr call.
• Type of privileges (clinic/hospital/both): Hospital only
• Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient or Both: Both (The outpatient portion is the ACU)
• If Inpatient, # of beds: 122
• Rounding, admissions, or none: Both
• Patient demographics: 18+
• Average patients per day: 0-5
• Required Procedures: Standard Interventional Cardiology procedures
• Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs): Applicant must provide documentation (case list) of provision of surgical services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Case list must include diagnosis or procedure and date, and facility where performed.
• Will provider work solo? If not, other providers specialties working with them: Yes
• Licensed Candidate: Yes/No: Yes, candidate must have a Washington state license in hand at time of present.
• Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable): BLS and ACLS
• EMR: EPIC

Schedule Details

• 8 hours in the Cath Lab and potentially 24-hour call as needed on the weekends once a month
• Cath lab M-F and the locum will be on call during their shift. We need a locum 2 weeks a month and would prefer that the locum can alternate, vs. working 2 weeks in a row. This structures works better when we look at the schedule as a whole with our internal providers.
• We may potentially need 24-hour call on the weekend once a month.
• May be very rare and infrequent inpatient consults/call
