Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Woodburn, OR at a
skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from
injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a

details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral
degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by
the APTA. Active Oregon physical therapy license required to start
the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart
Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience
working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
Experience with gait training, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and
use of standard assistive devices preferred. Client requires
demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and document in electronic
medical records; experience with EMR systems preferred. Assignment
Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days.
