___________________________________________________________ We are
looking for a provider with full time availability to cover at the
clinic located on the Providence Portland Medical Center Campus.
They would need to be available 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month
(8am-5pm, Monday-Friday). There is a one hour lunch built in from
12-1. Day to Day responsibilities would include: o Direct patient
care for Rheumatology patients scheduled in Epic. o Desktop support
for incoming messages from Rheumatology patients. Please ensure all
bids reflect the below: - Guaranteed Hours: 8 per day - Overtime to
apply after 8 hours per day REQUIREMENTS:
___________________________________________________ Active OR
license and OR DEA Board Certified provider BLS certification
Rheumatology specific experience greater than 1 year. PRIVILEGING:
___________________________________________________ This role is
entirely clinic based, however, because we are classified as a
"hospital outpatient department", this requires APC's to be
credentialed with hospital. Please ensure all documentation is
turned in timely to the privileging office to ensure 90 days for
processing. The sooner the application is turned in fully
completed, the more chance of the provider making their start date.
