Job Description:
At Kaiser Permanente Georgia, we are dedicated to providing

Inpatient Charge OFN to oversee nursing activities within our
facilities. This role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless
integration of care and coverage that our members benefit from. The
ideal candidate will lead nursing teams, manage patient care, and
ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, facilitating a
holistic approach to health that distinguishes our services.
Provide clinical and administrative leadership to nursing staff
Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare
professionals Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and
regulations Implement patient safety and quality improvement
initiatives Manage shift operations including scheduling and
patient flow Mentor and train new nurses and staff Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical and administrative
hospital management systems Ability to handle high-stress
environments Expertise in patient care planning and healthcare
regulations Medical Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of Georgia Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
