Job Description:

seek a dedicated RN, First Assistant specialized in Ambulatory
Surgery to join our expert team. This role is pivotal in providing
skilled assistance in a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring
patient safety, and advocating for the highest standards of care in
our state-of-the-art ambulatory facilities. Provide direct surgical
assistance during various procedures, ensuring efficiency and
safety. Collaborate with surgeons to plan and implement the
surgical care plan. Manage preoperative and postoperative patient
care, focusing on optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to all surgical
safety standards and procedures. Maintain detailed records of
surgical procedures and patient responses. Educate patients and
their families on post-surgical care and health management.
Advanced knowledge of surgical instrumentation and procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong critical
thinking and problem-solving skills Proficient in maintaining a
sterile field and adhering to infection control protocols Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) certification
preferred.
