Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia seeks a dedicated Emergency Department
Nurse to join our expert team of healthcare professionals dedicated
to providing acute care for patients who require immediate and
comprehensive attention. You will play a pivotal role in managing a
dynamic environment to deliver compassionate, effective, and
efficient care, ensuring our commitment to improving our members'
health through seamless integration of care and coverage. Provide
immediate care and stabilization to emergency patients. Assess
patient health problems and needs and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Coordinate care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team. Strong clinical skills in emergency medical procedures
Ability to make quick, accurate assessments Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Capability to work effectively in
high-pressure situations Proficient in using healthcare software
