Endoscopy. We are an advanced procedural area. We do not do

for this assignment! Please note, it s common for travelers to
float to other units based on their skill sets AYA Healthcare
professionals may be required to float to other units and
facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities:
Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls,
Seaside, and Saint Vincent *Note for Seaside floating only If your
traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to
Seaside, they will receive $5/hr incentive for hours worked at
Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating
consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.
Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to

Information Interdisciplinary Support : IV Teams, Respiratory
Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Rapid
Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation Patient Diagnoses : The
unit is open Monday-Friday from 0600-1830. RN and Endoscopy
Technicians provide 24/7 standby coverage after hours and on
weekends. There are 6 procedure rooms, five are currently used,
four of which are negative pressure rooms. There is also a workroom
for reprocessing endoscopes and equipment/scope storage area(s).
Special Procedures/Unit Details : The Medical Procedures Unit (MPU)
provides services to both adult inpatients and outpatients who need
procedures including Endoscopy and Endoscopic Ultrasound (of both
the upper and lower GI tract), Bronchoscopy, Endobronchial
Ultrasound, Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP),
Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE), Cardioversions, Feeding Tube
Placements/ Exchanges, and Tracheostomy tube exchanges. MPU
Registered Nurses (RNs) provide nursing assessments, all RNs can
provide moderate sedation, but now we do not have scheduled pain
services we seldom do sedation cases as anesthesia provide
services. Nurse's assist with endoscopy procedures and perform
scope reprocessing. Endoscopy Technicians assist with endoscopy
procedures and perform scope reprocessing. Special Equipment : ACLS
and BLS requiredNo pre or post recovery in MPUWe do many advanced
procedures, please see special procedures to include ERCP, EUS,
EBUS. Specimen handling. 3 years of experience in Endoscopy.Our EMR
is EPIC.We do not need a charge RN. The position is for endoscopy
RN. Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO - 6 days total or 3
consecutive days can be auto-approved . Anything more, traveler
will sign contract with pending RTO. *Anything more than 6 Days
will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the
client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests.
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve,
Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling
requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may
not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted
schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system
DNR. of jobs in system we can sub - 1 across all Providence IRC
facilities/regions Requires specific amount of exp. - 1 YR exp.
