Legacy Health is seeking a dedicated Chaplain/Certified Educator Candidate to join our comprehensive healthcare team. This role involves providing spiritual care to patients, families, and staff across various settings in our health system. A successful candidate will be deeply committed to nurturing a spiritual environment and fostering an inclusive community. This position is pivotal in educating upcoming chaplains and ensuring they're equipped with the necessary skills and empathy to support our diverse patient base. Provide compassionate and comprehensive spiritual care to patients, families, and staff. Organize and lead religious services, meditation, and support groups within the healthcare setting. Educate and mentor chaplain interns and residents, overseeing their clinical pastoral education. Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate spiritual care in patient treatment plans. Document and maintain accurate records of spiritual care services.
