The Pharmacy Technician Lead will oversee a team of pharmacy technicians, ensuring the accurate preparation and distribution of medications and providing exceptional care and service to patients and healthcare providers alike. Supervise and lead a team of pharmacy technicians, ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed. Oversee the preparation, compounding, and distribution of medications accurately and efficiently. Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies and medications. Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure medication therapy is appropriate and effective. Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Provide training and support for ongoing education of pharmacy staff. Resolve any issues related to pharmacy services promptly and effectively. Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of medication dosage, dispensing, and pharmacy regulations Proficiency in using pharmacy information systems Keen attention to detail and precision in handling medications Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) mandatory Registered Pharmacy Technician with the state board
