This position will be located in one of our state-of-the-art facilities across Oregon and Washington, where specialized services for critically ill children are delivered. As a Supplemental Pediatric Intensivist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top professionals in pediatric healthcare and contribute to our mission of providing compassionate and effective medical interventions. Provide comprehensive care to critically ill or injured children of all ages. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Monitor and ensure the quality of healthcare services provided to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit. Educate families on patient care and disease management. Participate in clinical research and review to enhance treatment protocols and healthcare outcomes. Offer guidance and supervision to junior staff and residents.
