Centria Healthcare, a pioneer in delivering high-standard, home-based healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing tailored behavioral interventions to Spanish-speaking patients with autism, using evidence-based techniques. The technician will work in a center-based environment, playing a critical role in our mission to support individual patient needs and ensure their progress through personalized care plans. Implement individualized treatment plans for Spanish-speaking patients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other related conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient progress and adjust interventions as needed. Educate family members on the patient's treatment plan and progress to ensure a supportive environment at home. Maintain detailed notes and records of patient sessions to monitor behavior patterns and outcomes. Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines as set forth by regulatory bodies and Centria Healthcare. Proficiency in Spanish and English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Capability to work with diverse populations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
