Job Description Job Description Join Trillium Family Services - Make a Difference in Young Lives and Families $2,000 Hiring Incentive (terms and conditions apply) Child & Family Therapist – School-Based / Outpatient Full-Time | Year-Round Location: This position provides services within the following school districts: Canby School District Centennial School District David Douglas School District Estacada School District Gladstone School District Gresham-Barlow School District North Clackamas School District Oregon City School District Oregon Trail School District Parkrose School District Reynolds School District Salary: Starting at $58,00 0– $84,900 annually (unlicensed) Productivity Bonus For licensed $62,640 - $91,700 annually (licensed) Productivity Bonus Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexible Scheduling Options Available) Productivity Bonus’ = additional earning potential through our productivity-based bonus structure. Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Families Join our supportive, mission-driven team as an Outpatient Child & Family Therapist and help provide high-quality, community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families. What You'll Do: We are seeking compassionate and motivated Child & Family Therapists to provide school-based and outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families. This is a full-time, year-round position offering the opportunity to work collaboratively with schools, families, and community partners to support students’ emotional, behavioral, and social well-being.
