Job Description:
Description We have multiple per diem/on call positions to cover
patients in either West Portland or East Portland area. This role
will perform basic service support aide duties for participants of
PACE. Includes companionship, personal care, assists with w/c
transfers and other support activities for participants located at
contracted physician specialist offices. Providence PACE is a
Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep
older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through

Qualifications: - Must be able to travel in a time-efficient manner
between sites as assigned. - No more than one chargeable accidents
or citations within last three years. - Knowledge of and ability to

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
