(QMHP) Department: IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary Range: $66,081.00 -
$ 83,512.00 (annual). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We
use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of
experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that
relate to the job requirements). Benefits: CCMH provides a generous

Requirements: Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology,
Social Work or related field from an accredited college required.
Work experience in a behavioral or mental health setting preferred.
Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability
to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

(www.mhacbo.org). Summary: The Counselor II provides therapeutic
services to adults, children, adolescents, and families as
assigned. Duties may vary per location/department. In this role,
the Counselor II conducts comprehensive clinical assessments as a
part of the diagnostic process, reviews ongoing delivery of
services, identifies individual client needs and diagnoses
substance use and/or mental health disorders. Conducts individual,
family and group sessions to provide therapeutic treatment, and
behavior modification using evidence-based practice to assist
clients in reaching treatment goals. As member of clinical staff
and treatment teams, assists in case management and coordination of
community resources to meet client needs. Columbia Community Mental
