Job Description:
Job Description Description This position serves as the manager
of a clinical program and provides staff supervision and
coordination for the care provided to patients and their families
served by a designated hospice interdisciplinary team. This
position is responsible for identifying 'best practices' for care.
As well, this position may network with community resources and
consult with community health care providers serving patients with

them. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Health care
related field OR Master's Degree in Social Work or Spiritual Care.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License - Obtain WA Registered
Nurse license within 60 days of hire date. - Within 30 days of
hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - 3 years
of Clinical experience in chosen field. Preferred Qualifications: -
3 years of Staff supervision experience. - Hospice experience. Why

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
