Description Assists physicians in delivering quality health care to patients taking into account individual patients‘ physical or age-related needs. Required Qualifications: - Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. - Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. The successful candidate‘s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
