Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Seaside, OR Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,255 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position ```htmlJob Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN – Oregon Coast Start Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Coastal Oregon Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day/Night rotations with variable shifts; plenty of advance notice provided between shift changes. Every other weekend may be required. Floating between units as needed based on facility census. Highlights: Critical Access Hospital with 23 staffed beds and supportive interdisciplinary team 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio on Med-Surg Telemetry unit Epic charting system in use Float opportunities across multiple facility locations with mileage reimbursement and shift incentives Comprehensive support services including Physical Therapy, Respiratory, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams Serves adult and geriatric patient populations Requirements: Active Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start) 2 years of recent RN experience required Current ACLS and BLS certifications Telemetry experience with demonstrated skills in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Experience with 5:1 patient ratios Epic charting system experience required 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years Reliable vehicle required for this assignment Why It's a Great Opportunity: This coastal assignment offers the chance to work in a close-knit Critical Access Hospital environment where you'll care for a manageable daily census with strong interdisciplinary support.
