other units based on their skill sets AYA Healthcare professionals
may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to
meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg,
Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent
*Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a
non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will
receive $5/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to
IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they
will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as

pending RTO. *Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your
offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around
please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5
holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) MUST request
all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal.
Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted.
Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to

amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be
