Northwest Permanente, P.C., is seeking an AP/CP board-certified Pathologist to join our highly collaborative team of clinicians and physicians. You will be adding to a group of 17 Pathologists, 6 PAs and 4 PhDs. Our practice is high volume and fast paced. Service Responsibilities: Signing out surgical and cytologic (gyn and non-gyn) specimens. Interpreting intraoperative frozen sections, rapid onsite cytology evaluations, and covering call. Presenting at tumor boards and representing the laboratory on multi-disciplinary task forces. Sharing group lab administrative responsibilities (such as serving as CLIA director of various lab sites, etc). Qualifications and Expectations: Must be AP/CP board-certified. Interest and/or expertise in GI or gynecologic pathology is strongly preferred. You will be expected to cover services in two hospitals and one regional lab. Stay current and possess high diagnostic integrity in surgical pathology with an understanding of applicable molecular techniques. Must work well with others and be able to function collaboratively as part of a team
