ambulatory infusion suites in Oregon. This full-time, onsite
leadership role requires a registered nurse license, relevant

Description Supervisor Infusion RN – Providence Infusion and
Pharmacy Services Location: Ambulatory Infusion Suites located in
Medford, Salem, Beaverton, Bend and East Portland Schedule: Onsite,

Qualifications: Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS -
American Heart Association Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse
License Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License - if working in
this location Upon hire: Idaho Registered Nurse License - if
working in this location Upon request: Driving may be necessary as
part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state
laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to
provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this
position, based on assigned duties. In compliance with Washington
State patrol Identification and Criminal History. 2 years Relevant
experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Nursing.

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
