Supervisor Clinic RN - OB GYN at Providence Health and Services
summary: The Supervisor Clinic RN - OB GYN is responsible for
coordinating clinical support staff and managing clinical workflows
within an OB GYN clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and
adherence to nursing standards. This leadership role involves
supervising clinical staff, improving their skills, and maintaining
efficient, safe, and patient-centered care services. The position
requires nursing licensure, supervisory experience, and clinical
expertise in ambulatory care and triage principles. Description The
Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical
support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the
clinic. This position functions as a integral member of the clinic
leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to
the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice. Oversees
the care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts
to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff
members. Leads clinical staff to ensure that patient care services
are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is
sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological and spiritual
needs. Ensures compliance with established clinic policies and

we must empower them. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an
accredited school of nursing. Upon hire: National Provider BLS -
American Heart Association. Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse
License. 3 years Direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory
setting. 1 year In a supervisory position, preferably in an
ambulatory setting. Clinical experience in triage principles of
patient assessment. Experience in delegation of nursing
responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably
within the ambulatory setting. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
