Job Description Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is
seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician
to join its well-established Family Medicine clinic in Hood River,
Oregon. The practice features a multidisciplinary team including
integrated behavioral health, social work, weight management
program and excellent support staff. Enjoy unparalleled access to

Full-time position; flexible to hire 0.9 to 1.0 FTE - Outpatient
care only - Schedule is 4 days per week and very limited phone call
only - Recognized as Tier 4 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home and
Age Friendly Health System - Opportunity for teaching residents for
those who are interested - Guaranteed base salary, sign on bonus,
