accredited Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse
(LPN/LVN) school of nursing or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
program. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American
Heart Association Upon hire: Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse 2
years of experience as an LPN/LVN (Acute, Clinic, or Long Term
Care). Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of Home Health experience.
