summary: The Occupational Therapist - Hands position at Providence
St Vincent Medical Center provides skilled occupational therapy

Description Occupational Therapist - Hands at Providence St Vincent
Medical Center - Full-Time, Day Schedule $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for
eligible rehires and external hires that meet required

provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a
wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account
individual patient's special physical or age-related needs.
Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well
as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client
independence in accordance with individual's functional level and
potential. The schedule for this position is currently Mon, Tue,
Wed and Fri 8a-630p. Willing to discuss other scheduling options.

From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Master's Degree
From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Ph.D. From an
accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent
educ/experience. Coursework/Training Occasional specialized
Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need.
Or equivalent educ/experience. Upon hire: Oregon Occupational
Therapist License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American
