Job Description Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Outpatient Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Beavercreek, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for an Outpatient Pediatric Clinic. We are a Quality of Care Focused Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic in Beavercreek, OH. \n Travel Take Home: $2000 net (after tax take home) per week. \n \n First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits through UHC. \n Temp to Perm available \n 1-hour Eval, 30-45 min follow up visits \n \n We treat on average 10-12 patients per day. 1-hour evaluations and 30-45 minute follow-up appointments.
