Description Home Health RN with Providence Home Services – Portland, OR Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift Location Coverage: candidate will drive and service around East Portland. OR and Clark County, WA Job Description: Registered Nurses (RNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Required Qualifications: - Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. - Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. - Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state - 1 year - Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting or if hired for Mental Health RN work assignment 1 year experience in either an acute care setting or community mental health setting. Preferred Qualifications: - Recent Home Health experience. - Community mental health experience, geriatric experience, and ANCC Psychiatric for Mental Health RN work assignment. - Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment. - Point of Care experience.
