Description: The NICU position involves working in a neonatal
intensive care setting. The unit cares for critically ill,
convalescing, and growing premature and term newborns. Admissions
come from a high-risk perinatal department and transports from
other facilities. The primary mission is to provide family-centered
care for fragile patients and their families. Specialists are
available in various fields including endocrine, pulmonary, and
cardiothoracic surgery. Education of students and pediatric
