DescriptionProvides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire:Preferred Qualification
