Seeking a dedicated MDS Coordinator to join a skilled nursing
community, floating between Forest Lake and Woodbury locations.
Full-time position offering $44-$47/hour based on experience, with
a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities include overseeing MDS documentation, ensuring
compliance, educating staff on proper documentation, and
coordinating assessments and care plans.
